About approval of forms of calculations of rent payment for oil transportation by trunk oil pipelines and transit transportation by pipelines of ammonia, natural gas on the territory of Ukraine

Being guided by the Law of Ukraine of December 4, 1990 N509-XII "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" and according to Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for calculation and payment in the government budget of rent payment for oil transportation by trunk oil pipelines and transit transportation by pipelines of the ammonia, natural gas on the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2000 N1742 (in edition of March 31, 2003 N 423),

I ORDER:

1. Approve form of calculation of rent payment for oil transportation by trunk oil pipelines which is applied.

2. Approve form of calculation of rent payment for transit transportation by ammonia pipelines for the territory of Ukraine which is applied.

3. Approve form of calculation of rent payment for transit transportation of natural gas for the territory of Ukraine which is applied.

4. To the director of the department of methodology Pikhotsky V. F. submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of GNA of Ukraine Doctor S. I.
