Carrying out qualification certification of specialists of construction industry on requests of the physical persons wishing to confirm the professional competence.

Authorized state body on development and realization of policy in the field of architectural and construction activities (further - authorized body)

Physical persons - specialists of construction industry, persons interested to confirm the professional competence and at least 5 years having length of service on working specialty.

Years of service for the engineer expert - at least 10 years

Legal basis of receipt of the state service

The law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About town planning and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic";

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 25, 2021 No. 44;

The regulations on procedure for carrying out the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry approved  by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 26, 2021 No. 63

Conditions of provision of the state and municipal service

Provision of service is performed:

- indoors, answering to the established, sanitary standards;

- in the presence of easy access of citizens to the building and sanitary and hygienic rooms (toilets, washing rooms), including for persons with limited opportunities of health (further - LOVZ), equipped (buildings, rooms) ramps, hand-rail;

- by the principle of queque.

Rooms shall have places for expectation, toilets (in regions, in case of impossibility of connection to the central plumbing and sanitary - outdoor), heating, water supply system, phone.

Preferential categories of citizens (participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers and persons equated to them, LOVZ, expectant mothers) are serviced out of turn or if they cannot rise to the room, the employee goes down to them for consultation.

For convenience of visitors in the place of provision of service the list of the documents necessary for receipt of service, and application forms are placed

Term of provision of the state and municipal service

Limiting time for acceptance of the request by service provision regularly purposely and by e-mail - 30 minutes;

aggregate term of provision of service - 30 working days;

limiting time for issue of result - 20 minutes

Informing on the services provided to the consumer (the list of necessary information) and the state body responsible for their standardization

operating time: Monday-Friday, from 9-00 till 18-00 o'clock, lunch break: from 12-30 till 13-30 o'clock;

- in oral form (by phone or personal acceptance, contact with the specialist);

- on the state portal of electronic services (http://portal.tunduk.kg);

- in case of the personal appeal to territorial authority of architecture;

Provision of information on the rendered state service is guaranteed to any addressed person on a grant basis.
