1. In Regulations on the procedure and conditions of payment of monthly length-of-service allowance to employees of executive bodies and other state bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1993 No. 1049 "About length-of-service allowances for employees of executive bodies and other state bodies" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1758 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 1, the Art. 4) and of July 1, 2009 No. 669 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009 No. 50, the Art. 1696):
Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5. The years of service which grant the right to length-of-service allowance are determined based on the service record (in the presence) or data on labor activity from the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance and other documents which according to the legislation confirm length of service.";
Item 8 to state 2) in the following edition:
"8. To workers who during calendar month had right to increase in length-of-service allowance the size of the allowance changes from the date of acquisition of right to increase.".
