1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for imposing of administrative sanctions by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 23, 2012 No. 11, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1584/21896, which are applied (further - Changes).

2. In productions on cases on offenses in the field of guaranteeing household deposits about procedure for maintaining the database of the investors who are not finished as of day of entry into force of this decision:

banks, within ten working days from the date of entry into force of this decision, have the right to submit the Performance report of the instruction about elimination of violations of procedure for maintaining the database of investors specified in Item 8.5 of the Section VIII of the Regulations on procedure for imposing of administrative sanctions by Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 23, 2012 No. 11, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1584/21896 (taking into account Changes);
