Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2021 No. 677 "Some questions of forming and use of the certificate confirming vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus negative result of testing or recovery of person from the specified disease" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 54, the Art. 3342, No. 76, the Art. 4771, No. 95, the Art. 6153) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2021 No. 677

1. In the resolution:

The subitem 2 of Item 2-1 to exclude 1);

2) item 4 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) till February 28, 2022:

together with National service of health to develop the project of the Procedure for maintaining the register COVID certificates in the central database of electronic health care system;

together with the Ministry of digital transformation and National service of health to develop and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for approval the project of the Procedure for cancellation and accounting cancelled by COVID certificates.";

3) in Item 5:
