Based on the paragraph of third of part one of Item 21 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2020 No. 143 "About support of economy", articles 7 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 "About pricing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 255-Z
1. Determine the list of the products made and realized in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus from November to May, according to appendix 1.
2. Establish:
marginal maximum selling prices on the products made and realized in the territory of the Republic of Belarus including from stabilization funds (inventories) of food products, from January to May, 2022 according to appendix 2;
marginal maximum retail prices on the products made and realized in the territory of the Republic of Belarus from January to May, 2022 according to appendix 3.
3. Forming of the maximum selling and retail prices on products specified in appendix 1, is performed from January to May, 2022 taking into account market situation, but not high prices provided in appendices 2 and 3, and other restrictions set by the legislation.
4. In appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2021 No. 100 "About temporary measures for price stabilization on socially important essential goods":
