About approval of the Instruction about procedure for ensuring aviation safety during execution of air transportation and works outside Ukraine
In pursuance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About the State program of aviation safety of civil aviation", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 15, 2004 of N803 "About Public Service of Ukraine on Supervision of Safety of Aircraft", for the purpose of safety of personnel and aircrafts of operators of Ukraine, protection them from acts of illegal intervention during execution of air transportation and works outside Ukraine and streamlining of preparation of the corresponding instructions in airlines I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for ensuring aviation safety during execution of air transportation and works outside Ukraine it (is applied).
2. To the head of department of aviation safety (Sutulinsky O. M.):
2.1. Provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
2.2. Bring this order to the attention of heads of the airports, airlines, operators of all patterns of ownership, and also to the interested ministries.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of State aviaservice Kolisnyk A. A.
