About determination of the list of payments of social nature

In pursuance of paragraph two of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2021 "About the current (settlement) bank account of physical person with basic terms of service" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 363:

1. Establish the list of payments of social nature for which receipt the physical persons having the right to payments of social nature according to the legislation and who showed willingness or obliged to receive according to acts of the legislation such payments through banks open basic accounts, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
