About allowances to purchase prices on the agricultural products which are purchased from the population in 2022
Based on subitem 4.1.4 of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2021 No. 59 "About the State program "Agrarian business" for 2021-2025" and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine types of agricultural products for rendering the state support in type of allowances to purchase prices and the size of allowances by types of the agricultural products which are purchased from the population in 2022 according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022.
