About modification of the Section I of the Instruction on procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses

1. Make to the section I of the Instruction on procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses approved by the order of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of March 22, 2017 No. 173, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2017 for No. 506/30374, the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

after figures "184," to add with words and figures "Article 184-3 (regarding illegal use of signs of accessory, the name of the SSU or derivative to it, including stated in foreign language, in the absence of signs of the act provided by the Criminal code of Ukraine),";
