About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather state support of agricultural producers

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather state support of agricultural producers of change which are attached.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather state support of agricultural producers

1. Item 2 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the provision of support to farms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 1102 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 34, Art. 2269; 2007, No. 17, Art. 652; 2022, No. 2, the Art. 54) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The financial support is not provided to farms which are carried to legal entities or physical persons to which special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions), are applied by the relevant decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine about application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions".".

2. Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of the wine growing, gardening and hop-growing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 No. 587 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 29, Art. 1710; 2021, No. 23, the Art. 1068, No. 50, the Art. 3076), after the paragraph of the fourth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
