2. Recognize to invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 2001 No. 631 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of labor migration by foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and Regulations on procedure for activities of the physical persons and legal entities in the Kyrgyz Republic which are engaged in employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic beyond its limits, and Rules, conditions of introduction and the sizes of the guarantee fees for return to the country of permanent residence of the involved foreign workers and migrant workers - citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic";
