About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 451 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 451 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1546, No. 91, Art. 3674; 2013, No. 63, Art. 2297; 2015, No. 59, Art. 1936, No. 94, Art. 3205; 2018, No. 1, the Art. 15, No. 42, the Art. 1501, No. 92, the Art. 3047) changes which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of infrastructure to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
