About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55
Based on the paragraph of the fourth of part two of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 No. 255-Z "About pricing" and subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55, the following changes:
in part three of Item 8 of the word "goods prices" shall be replaced with words "the prices (rates) for goods (works, services)";
to state the name of Chapter 6 in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 6 DOCUMENT CREATION";
add the Instruction with Item 29-1 of the following content:
"29-1. In commodity-transport delivery note and the consignment note the data connected with establishment of regulated prices for goods are specified: selling price, discount type (from selling price, wholesale), the wholesale allowance and other information on structure of the price, according to part two of Item 5 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of the commodity-transport delivery note and the consignment note approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2016 No. 58.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
