Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257 "About some questions of acquisition of assets of the banks created when crediting the organizations of the woodworking industry, and refining of limit of internal public debt" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine the size of money in the Belarusian rubles and foreign currency which are subject to the direction in 2022 the organizations of the woodworking industry into the special accounts opened in "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company according to the paragraph for the second to part one of subitem 2.9 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257, according to appendix.

2. Determine that by results of work for 2022 the organizations of the woodworking industry till April 10, 2023 direct to special accounts over the size determined by Item 1 of this resolution, 60 percent from the amount of profit on the sales of goods, works, services and the annual depreciation charges reduced by actually made expenses connected with:

realization of the investment actions provided by business plans of their development for 2022;

obligation fulfillment according to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257 and of April 3, 2017 No. 102 "About questions of organization activity of the woodworking industry";

payments for the credits (loans), agreements of leasing;

tax payment and the charges estimated from profit (income).

In the absence of net profit by results of work for 2022 the cash amounts calculated according to part one of this Item do not go to special accounts.
