1. Approve:
the general directions and limits of directive crediting of state programs and actions in 2022 (are applied);
the directions and limits of directive crediting * state programs and actions (are applied) by banks and "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company in 2022;
the funding plan (is applied) by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company of state programs and actions in 2022.

* For the purposes of this resolution limits of directive crediting are understood as the maximum amounts of provision of the directive credits, including provision of the directive credits on renewable credit lines.
2. Determine that for the purposes of this resolution the crediting performed belongs to directive crediting:
2.1. "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further, unless otherwise specified, - Development bank), except for the loans granted:
at the expense of the funds raised within international treaties, and also resources provided by international financial institutions;
