About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2020 No. 2385

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2020 No. 2385 "About licensing of activities in the field of rendering communication services and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 2, Art. 435; No. 4, Art. 687).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022, except for the subitem "l" and the subitem "o" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2020 No. 2385

1. In item 4 of the word "is effective till January 1, 2027." shall be replaced with words "is effective till September 1, 2026".

2. In Regulations on the licensing of activities in the field of rendering communication services approved by the specified resolution:

a) to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"Names of communication services according to the list according to appendix No. 1 are introduced in entries in the register of licenses in the field of communication concerning licenses for activities in the field of rendering communication services.";

b) to declare the subitem "e" of Item 7 invalid;
