About modification of the Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision)

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1096 "About federal state environmental control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5526).

2. Transport service when carrying out federal state environmental control (supervision) in water areas of the water objects specified in the subitem "b" of Item 8 of the Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1096 "About federal state environmental control (supervision)" is performed including the federal state budgetary institutions subordinated to Federal Nature Management Supervision Service, within the established extreme number of employees of Service and federal state budgetary institutions subordinated to it, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
