Some questions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that subjects of managing which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice before entry into force of this resolution shall no later than till March 31, 2023 to bring the activities into accord with the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, of the Art. 1184), taking into account the changes made by Item 2 of this resolution.

2. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1184; 2019, No. 24, the Art. 867), changes which are applied.
