Based on part two of Item 3 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol", Article 246 and Item 1 of article 295 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 "About licensing" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 213-Z:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for realization of the formed remaining balance of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, tobacco products, not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products, liquids for electronic systems of smoking or return to their suppliers it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of November 24, 2010 No. 37/85 "About some questions of realization or supplier return of the formed remaining balance of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol and tobacco products and recognition No. 50/125 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2006;
