About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1206/2016 about the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order

Based on Item k) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 1206/2016 about the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 379-386, 1303), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Items 6 and 21 of the word "general state secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" to replace with the text "the state secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs appointed the Minister of Internal Affairs";

b) in Item 17 of the word "appointed his heads" shall be replaced with words "their heads appointed by the order";

c) in Item 18 changes are made only in the text in Romanian;

d) in the subitem 11) of Item 46 of the word "and orders" to exclude;
