About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 18, 2019 No. 1346

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 18, 2019 No. 1346 "About approval of the Regulations on the state information system of accounting and control of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 43, the Art. 6102).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 18, 2019 No. 1346

1. In the name and the text "state" shall be replaced with words the word "federal state".

2. In the Regulations on the state information system of accounting and control of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the name and Item 1 "state" shall be replaced with words the word "federal state";

b) add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The information access, containing in system (without possibility of its processing), based on the agreement on information exchange with the operator of system is provided to the federal executive bodies authorized on implementation of federal state environmental control (supervision).".
