1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "National Center of Children's Rehabilitation" (further - the NAO "NTsDR") with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

Determine core activities of the NAO "NTsDR" rendering specialized, high-technology, stationary, hospital-replacing, consulting and diagnostic, complex rehabilitation and other medical care, recovery treatment and the medical rehabilitation to children and teenagers with psychoneurological diseases including the medical, public, psychology and pedagogical care, providing balanced dietary diet and training of children in general, auxiliary and correctional programs, inclusive education and involvement in the Paralympic Games, training through doctoral studies (PhD), residency, magistracy, and also advanced training and retraining of specialists of medical and medico-social institutions in profile, carrying out research, scientific and technical and scientific and methodical works, implementation of scientific and innovative technologies directed to enhancement of recovery treatment and the medical rehabilitation, participation in enhancement existing and development of new technologies (methods) of rehabilitation and prevention of diseases of children's age, development and the edition of scientific and methodical literature in the field of rehabilitology and recovery treatment, activities of holding companies.
3. "NTsDR" to create the authorized capital of the NAO at the expense of republican property according to appendix to this resolution.
