About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of emergency state in certain regions of Ukraine"

According to Item of 31 part one of article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of emergency state" the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 23, 2022 No. 63/2022 "About introduction of emergency state in certain regions of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
