About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 22-1 of the following content:

"22-1. Due to strengthening of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, recognition of the self-proclaimed educations in temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of expenses on national security and defense to determine that in 2022:

1) the following regulations of this Code are not applied:

paragraph third Article 4 parts two;

article 23 about obligation of approval of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on expense reallocation of the budget and loan granting from the budget;

Article 24 part three;

Article 27 part three;

Article 52 part one;

Article 54 part two;

Article 55;

2) the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can make decisions:

in coordination with the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine concerning expense reduction and crediting of the government budget and their direction in reserve fund of the government budget for the purpose of use for needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming, the law enforcement and other state bodies involved in accomplishment of tasks on repulse of the armed aggression, ensuring immunity of frontier and protection of the state;

about procedure for application and the sizes of the state social standards and guarantees proceeding from the available financial resources state and local budgets and funds of obligatory national social and pension insurance;
