About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2022, No. 3, the Art. 12) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "1.323.923.761,5" and "1.182.907.265,5" respectively with figures "1.350.384.418,6" and "1.209.367.922,6";

in paragraph three of figure "1.499.469.883,7" and "1.345.921.899,5" to replace respectively with figures "1.525.930.540,8" and "1.372.382.556,6".

2. Add with article 37 of the following content:

"Article 37. Determine that as exception of provisions of part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine, expense reallocation according to budget programs of the general fund of the government budget "Expenses for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on Implementation of Actions on Increase in Defense Capability and Safety of the State" (code 1001210) and "Expenses for the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on implementation of actions on increase in defense capability and safety of the state" (the code 2101450) is performed within the total amount of budgetary appropriations of the corresponding main manager of budgetary funds according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (which can provide determination of new budget programs).

The restrictions set by parts ten and the eleventh Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine are not applied in case of decision making about expense reallocation, provided by paragraph one of this Article".

3. Make changes to appendices No. 1, No. 3 and No. 6 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" according to appendices No. No. 1 - 3 to this Law.

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
