About change of article 10 of the Law on procedure for publication and entry into force of official acts No. 173/1994

Single Article. - Article 10 of the Law on procedure for publication and entry into force of official acts No. 173/1994 (repeated publication: 2008, 653), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 183-185, in the following edition:
"Art. 10. - (1) the Official monitor is the official state publication in which the official acts specified in part (1) Article 1 are published.
(2) the State news agency "Moldpres" publishes the Official monitor as in electronic, and in printing with identical legal force.
(3) Parts I-III of the electronic edition of the Official monitor are provided to all users free of charge on permanent basis by means of the official web page in the version for reading and seal.
(4) Parts IV and V of the electronic edition of the Official monitor are provided to all users for a fee on subscription.
(5) the Printing edition of the Official monitor is provided to all users for a fee on subscription or goes on free sale.
(6) the Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by the State news agency "Moldpres", the list of the provided services and the size of rates for them affirm the Government.".
