About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of Rules and terms of development of the forecast of social and economic development"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of Rules and terms of development of the forecast of social and economic development" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10555) the following changes:

in the Rules and terms of development of the forecast of social and economic development approved by the specified order:

"1. These rules and terms of development of the forecast of social and economic development (further – Rules) are developed according to Article 61 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
state Items 7 and 8 in the following edition:
"7. The forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is basis for plan development of development of state body, the republican budget for planning period, the forecast of social and economic development of the region, the city of republican value, the capital.
8. The forecast of social and economic development of the region, the city of republican value, the capital is basis for development of local budgets of area, the city of republican value, the capital, the area (the city of regional value), the city of district value, the village, the settlement, the rural district.";
9) of Item 10 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"9) the new initiatives of expenses directed to realization of national priorities;";
appendices 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the specified Rules to state in edition according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, 4 and 5 to this order.
2. To provide to department of the macroeconomic analysis and forecasting in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
