About construction of facilities on the projects recommended for repeated application

For the purpose of reducing terms and cost of development of the project documentation and construction of objects by wider use in construction of the projects recommended for repeated application:

1. Determine that:

1.1. Ceased to be valid

1.2. state examination of the project documentation developed by method of binding of the projects recommended for repeated application to the site area within 5 years from the date of inclusion of such projects in republican fund of the project documentation is passed in parts of project decisions on binding no more than 15 working days in time.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till June 1, 2022 to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. To the Ministry of Architecture till June 1, 2022 to establish:

procedure for cost determination of services of authorized organization for creation and maintaining the republican fund of the project documentation and acquisition value by the project orderer recommended for repeated application at his developer;

order of registration contract organizations of cost of works on construction of object in republican fund of the project documentation;

the list of the works performed in case of binding of the project recommended for repeated application and included in republican fund of the project documentation to the site area.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - since June 1, 2022;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

Subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this Decree is effective till June 1, 2024.
