Based on part two of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1998 "About encouragement of employees of some state bodies and citizens for active participation in fight against crime" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 1959:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for issue of monetary rewards to faces of the private and the commanding structure of bodies and divisions for emergency situations, citizens for active participation in fight against crime, expenditure and the cash accounting directed to these purposes it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
