1. Approve the National plan of action for decrease in emissions of carbon dioxide by operators of civil aircrafts of the Republic of Belarus (further - the National plan) it (is applied).
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs, other organizations to consider provisions of the National plan by preparation of drafts of the forecasts, programs, action plans, schemes and other documents raising the questions of emission reduction of carbon dioxide.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
