About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets during introduction of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes), the following changes:

Items 5 and 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. Prohibit cash disbursement of money from customer account in foreign currency in the amount exceeding in equivalent of 30 000 hryvnias a day (issue is performed without charge and removal of the commissions), except cash withdrawal in foreign currency from accounts:

1) the companies and organizations providing accomplishment of mobilization plans (tasks), the Governments of Ukraine and based on separate permissions of the National Bank of Ukraine;
