About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation"

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets during introduction of warlike situation of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation", the following changes:

state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Authorized institutions are forbidden to perform at the request of clients trade in currency values, except cases:

1) clients of sale of foreign currency in cash/non-cash form to banks, and also in cash form to non-bank financial institutions and the operator of mail service. The purchased cash, including remaining balance of the purchased foreign currency in cash desks of such organizations at the time of adoption of this resolution, shall be enlisted by non-bank financial institutions and the operator of mail service during the operational day into their own accounts in banks no later than the next working day;

2) trade in currency values, "swap", foreign financial institutions, the National Bank of Ukraine, international financial institutions which member is Ukraine, and international the financial organizations under contracts with which Ukraine undertook to provide the legal regime provided to other international financial institutions (further - IFI) is performed by banks with other banks on conditions;

3) to purchase of foreign currency for the purpose of carrying out the currency transactions determined in Item 14 of this resolution";
