About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of part one of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2021 "About the republican budget for 2022" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 142-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for introduction of payments for the wood of the main forest breeds released on root, No. 431 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2008:
the second Item 3 to add part with words "if other procedure for money transfer, specified in part one of this Item, is not established by the budget legislation";
add item 4 with words "if other procedure for transfer of the specified payments and the direction of their use is not established by the budget legislation";
the second Item 9 to add Item 8 and part with words "if other procedure for transfer of the specified payments is not established by the budget legislation";
1.2. of November 4, 2016 "About measures for realization of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus" the words "into the account of the lessor No. ________________" to exclude No. 907 from Item 11 of appendix 4 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
1.3. No. 823 "About procedure for surcharge for in addition prepared amount of gallipot" to add subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2017 with words "if other procedure for transfer of the specified payments is not established by the budget legislation".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022.
