Regulations on procedure for introduction of payments for the wood of the main forest breeds released on root

1. This Provision determines procedure for introduction by forest users to the legal entities conducting forestry, payments for the wood of the main forest breeds released on root (further – payments for the wood released on root).

2. The cost of the wood of the main forest breeds released on root is determined proceeding from the amount of leave of wood and dachshunds on the wood of the main forest breeds released on root acting at the time of the statement to the forest user of the logging ticket, order.

3. The forest user to whom wood on root based on the order is released makes payments for the wood released on root when carrying out cabins of the main use, intermediate use and other cabins one-timely before issue of the order.

When carrying out cabins of the main use on forestry and landscape activities provision of sites of forest fund for forest utilization is performed by registration and issue of the logging ticket after the corresponding accounting entry if other procedure for money transfer, specified in part one of this Item, is not established by the budget legislation.
