Some questions of entering of data into the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad

According to article 64 of the Constitution of Ukraine, articles 12-1, 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 64:

1. Approve the Temporary procedure for entering of data into the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which is applied.

2. Determine that for action of warlike situation and within year from the date of its termination or cancellation:

1) crossing of border can be performed by citizens of Ukraine at check points through frontier and control Items based on the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which validity is extended, and also children based on the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad of their legal representatives in which data on the child are entered;

1-1) The temporary procedure approved by this resolution is applied by the Public migratory service in case of absence in its territorial authorities territorial subdivisions of technical capability of registration (including instead of lost or stolen), exchange and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine to trip abroad of means of the Unified state demographic register, and also due to the need of urgent trip abroad, connected with compelling need in treatment driving off, departure of person who accompanies the seriously ill patient, or the death of the relative who lived abroad;
