3. Declare invalid the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 26, 2017 No. 129 "About form of the certificate on inclusion in the register of Authorized Economic Operators and procedure for its filling".

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
