About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 318

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 318 "About providing quarantine of plants in the Eurasian Economic Union" changes according to appendix.

2. Determine what in process of readiness of information systems of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purposes of implementation of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border and on customs area of the Union is allowed:

use of the documents (the phytosanitary certificate, transport (transportation) documents, the import permit of quarantine objects in the research purposes, the act of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision), the instruction of return of products, the act of performing disinfecting of products, the act of destruction of products) which are drawn up in electronic form;

registration of results of implementation of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) in electronic form.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 180 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
