ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITIES AND TERRITORIES OF UKRAINE

of December 30, 2021 No. 364

About recognition No. 53 which voided the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of March 15, 2017

According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" I ORDER third:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of March 15, 2017 No. 53 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the territorial commissions on questions of approval of debt on difference in rates", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 13, 2017 for No. 496/30364.

2. (Huzul V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of economy of life support systems (Kravchenko N.) together with Legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Natalya Hotsyanovskaya.
