About approval of the Standard regulations on the territorial commission on questions of approval of debt on difference in rates
According to the Law of Ukraine "About the measures directed to settlement of debt of the heatsupplying and heatgenerating organizations and the companies of centralized water supply and water disposal for the consumed energy carriers" and to Item 15 of the Procedure for maintaining the register of the heatsupplying and heatgenerating organizations, the companies of centralized water supply and water disposal participating in the procedure of settlement of debt for the consumed energy carriers, and uses of the specified register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers in Ukraine of February 21, 2017 No. 93 I order:
1. Approve Standard regulations on the territorial commission on questions of approval of debt on difference in rates.
2. To department of economy of life support systems (Hotsyanovskaya N. V.), to Legal department (Dorofeyev M. Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Kruglyak of E.B.
