About approval of Changes in the Procedure for administration of the State land cadastre
According to part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" and to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of December 27, 2012 No. 836 "About approval of the Procedure for administration of the State land cadastre", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 for No. 153/22685, and figure "the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the paragraph of the fourth Item 1, of the subitem 2 Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124".
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for administration of the State land cadastre approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of December 27, 2012 No. 836, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 for No. 153/22685 (with changes) which are applied.
3. To provide to management of development of digital transformations in the agrarian sector of economy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
