About acquisition of assets

Based on subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2021 No. 391 "About stabilization of financial condition of the organizations" and parts two of Item 1 of appendix 1 to this Decree Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. To Asset Management Agency open joint stock company (further - the Agency) to acquire assets on the loans granted to Belshina open joint stock company by open joint stock companies "Savings bank "Belarusbank", "Belagroprombank" and "Bank of BELVEB" according to appendix 1 (taking into account refining of outstanding amounts for date of transfer of assets).

2. Establish:

2.1. rate of interest income on the bonds emitted by the Agency for the purposes of acquisition of assets according to Item 1 of this resolution nominated:

in Belarusian rubles, - in the amount of 0,5 of refunding rate of National Bank (taking into account its change);

in US dollars, - in the amount of annual interest rate 3,5;

in euro, - in the amount of 4 annual interest rates;

2.2. the discount size on the acquired Agency according to Item 1 of this resolution to assets according to appendix 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
