About measures for further enhancement of implementation of water saving technologies in agricultural industry
In recent years in the country special attention is paid to increase in efficiency of use of lands in agricultural purpose, including using water saving technologies.
As a result of reduction of mechanisms of the state support in compliance with modern requirements only in 2021 water saving technologies are implemented on the area of 433 thousand hectares and the general indicator of their implementation constituted 17 percent of the irrigated areas.
However defects in production, deliveries, purchases, design and installation on places of water saving irrigational systems, and also lack of skills of this direction at certain producers of agricultural products are the reasons of overdue implementation of the specified technologies.
For the purpose of elimination of the available shortcomings and problems of implementation of water saving technologies, mitigation of negative impact of observed deficit of water in the region, and also further effective use of water resources in case of cultivation of crops:
1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of water economy, the Ministry of Agriculture, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas on increase in efficiency of use of water by means of implementation of water saving technologies on the area of 478 thousand hectares in 2022.
2. Approve forecast indicators of implementation of water saving technologies in 2022 according to appendix No. 1.
Provide to the deputy prime minister Sh. M. Ganiyev:
a) together with the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and hokimama of areas till the end of 2022 according to the forecast indicators approved by appendix No. 1 to this resolution on the areas of the republic it is at least:
230 thousand hectares, including 160 thousand hectares of the area of cultivation of cotton raw, - implementation of systems of drop irrigation;
