About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population of change which are attached.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since February 24, 2022.

1. Add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 with No. 136 "Some questions concerning agreements on reimbursation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, the Art. 717) Item 2-3 of the following content:
"2-3. Determine that for the pharmaceutical institutions located in the territory in which martial law is imposed in case of lack of technical capability to enter information into electronic health care system and to create reports of provision of agreements on reimbursation on entering of information into electronic health care system and the reporting are not applied. In case of availability of technical capability such reports from pharmaceutical institutions within two subsequent accounting periods go and begin to create reports.".
2. Add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2019 with No. 1086 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget on program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 4, the Art. 208) Item 1-1 of the following content:
