2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR "About the resolution of Council of Ministers of the USSR "About approval of the Provision on the state accounting of harmful effects on atmospheric air" of August 12, 1982 No. 746" of August 26, 1982 N396.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
