About approval of the Regulations on functional subsystem "The unified register of weapon" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

According to Items 16, 17 parts one of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", ORDER to Item 12 of the Regulations on unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2018 No. 1024, to the subitem 17 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, for the purpose of ensuring accounting of weapon electronically:

1. Approve Regulations on functional subsystem "The unified register of weapon" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which is applied.

2. To department of informatization (Mikhaylov A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of functional obligations.
