For the purpose of market development of government securities, increase in level of financial literacy and simplification of access for physical persons to acquisition of government securities based on Item d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Concept of the Information system "The Program of Direct Sale of Government Securities to Physical Persons in the Republic of Moldova" it (is applied).

2. In the Concept of the Program of direct sale of government securities to physical persons in the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 192/2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 249-253, 483), to make the following changes:

1) in Item 1 the text", without auctions and without application of the procedure of subscription" to replace with the text "by means of subscription";

2) in Item 3:

in the subitem 1) to exclude the words "and holder";

in the subitem 2) to replace words of "the technical contractor" with the word of "holder".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
