About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) to add Item 15 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 with the new paragraph of such content:
"The National Bank of Ukraine makes the decision concerning implementation by the servicing banks of account account transactions of the legal entities specified in paragraph one of Item 15 of this resolution based on the corresponding appeals (petitions) of state bodies of Ukraine which are provided in connection with implementation by such legal entities of important functions and/or provision of essential services.".
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
