Bring in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market of June 14, 2021 No. 73 "About establishment of the minimum size of the authorized capital of the collection agency" (the following change is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 23101):

"1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital for the collection agency in the amount of 50 000 000 (fifty million) tenges, except for the collection agency which underwent accounting registration in authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations before enforcement of this resolution for which the minimum size of the authorized capital constitutes:

since January 1, 2022 – 10 000 000 (ten million) tenges;

since July 1, 2022 – 30 000 000 (thirty million) tenges;

since January 1, 2023 – 50 000 000 (fifty million) tenges.".

2. To provide to department of bank regulation in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;
