1. The regulations on procedure for conducting examination in the field of the state export control approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 767 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 29, page 70), to add with Item 13-1 of the following content:
"13-1. During action of martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" in case of need to perform military commodity import for needs of the law enforcement agencies, Armed Forces and other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine, other subjects fighting terrorism according to the law, the subject sends to Goseksportkontrol for conducting preliminary expert examination of goods only the document specified in paragraph three of Item 13 of this provision. The specified document can go in electronic form with the imposed qualified digital signature of the head of the subject.
In that case by results of preliminary expert examination Goseksportkontrol registers subjects on specific goods or the corresponding groups of goods and issues them certificates of registration as subjects of implementation of the international transfers of goods together with the corresponding explanations about features of implementation of their transfers.".
